Job summary

Airbus SAS in Toulouse seeks an ERP Solution Owner (f/m) to join the Digital For Operation department. You will lead workshops transforming shop-floor requirements into end-to-end Supply Chain and Logistics processes, promoting a Fit-to-Standard approach and translating SAP logic into clear visuals to secure management buy-in.

The role focuses on defining the S/4HANA manufacturing product to create a new digital supply chain model and requires frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, manufacturing engineering or logistics.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a complex and highly regulated industry (Aerospace, Automotive, Defense).
• Advanced mastery of the SAP S/4HANA version and its key modules (PP, PM, MM, SD) combined with practical experience in Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• "Connector" profile, diplomatic, leadership, excellent communication and strong change management skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory; proficiency in French and/or German is a strong asset (mobility required for 20% travel).

You will join the Digital for Operation Department, the cornerstone of our industrial transformation.
