You will lead a complex program, align senior stakeholders, and apply SAP Activate while driving change management and leveraging data analytics to optimize ERP workflows.

• Proven track record leading large cross-functional programs.
• Strong change management and stakeholder communication skills.

• Define and drive SAP S/4HANA deployment strategy for ARP.
• Govern project scope, budget, timeline and risks, with Make-or-Buy decisions.
• Lead design Authority governance and ensure SAP standard compliance.
• Coordinate global pilots and manage organizational change.
• Leverage AI and analytics to optimize ERP workflows.
