AIRBUS SAS in Toulouse, France, is seeking an ERP S/4HANA Project Leader to architect and drive the deployment of the SAP S/4HANA ERP across global operations within the ARP program. You will lead pilot phases across multiple sites to ensure a unified system while adhering to SAP standards and securing production ramp-ups.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership in large ERP deployments, strong change management, and fluency in English and French in a transnational setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (min 10 years) leading complex, large-scale cross-functional ERP SAP S/4HANA deployments in multi-site industrial environments.
• Mastery of LBIP, Agile project management frameworks, and SAP Activate methodology.
• Demonstrated expertise in change management, resisting customization, and aligning senior stakeholders in matrix organizations.

Responsabilités

• Drive the ARP strategy by aligning SAP S/4HANA solutions and decommissioning roadmaps with D&IM teams.
• Manage full project governance (quality, schedule, P&L) and arbitrate resources/risks while executing the Make-or-Buy strategy.
• Implement SAP Activate methodology and enforce strict SAP Standard compliance via Design Authority governance.
• Align senior cross-functional stakeholders across departments and lead organizational change management.
• Apply BPRO process (Security-by-Design) and leverage cutting-edge technologies (AI, data analytics) to optimize ERP workflows.
