BIC World is seeking a Manager, Product Transition Projects to lead complex product switches tied to regulatory, legal or innovation programs, ensuring codes and artwork align with strategy and launch timelines.

This hybrid role requires 3–5 years in fast-paced supply chain environments, strong Excel, JDA, JDE, Cognos and BI tooling skills, and the ability to coordinate across global teams while communicating in English.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced moving environment.
• Previous experience in the Supply Chain function.
• Proficient with many tools (Excel, JDA, JDE, Cognos, Power BI, WID…)

Responsabilités

• Lead and follow up all projects relating to complex switches linked to Legal reasons or Innovation Programs (initiated by the Category) with an impact on the artwork.
• Manage and coordinate the Switch from overall strategy to availability of new codes.
• Define the Switch strategy (soft/hard switch, change of code/no change…) with Switch team (Category, commercial, Supply chain).
• Work closely with the Category Program leader and program planner, Legal, Continent Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Demand Planning and PLM.
• Ensure smooth product switches: ensure new products are launched on time and minimize shortage/BO on new codes.
• Minimize overstock/slobs and destruction of old bulk and packs on old codes.
• Analyze & publish performance KPI on the different switches (number of codes in scope, achieved…).
• Act as business process owner for SPM tool
