Techso is seeking a PLM Business Analyst to drive digital transformation for leading manufacturers. You will analyze PLM processes, gather stakeholder needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and validate solutions.

The role involves workshops, change management, and documentation to ensure successful implementations across multiple international projects. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in PLM, experience with major PLM tools, and strong data analysis, visualization, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in aeronautics or aerospace.
Familiarity with PLM solutions (e.g., Dassault Systèmes, PTC, Siemens).
Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

Analyze the business context and identify stakeholders, including impacted teams and processes.
Gather and understand stakeholder needs and translate into clear objectives.
Document and maintain functional and non-functional requirements.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to design solutions.
Facilitate interactive workshops with stakeholders to validate and refine proposals.
Develop transformation documentation with the business process architect.
Support clients through transformation phases and change management.
Contribute to testing, qualification, and validation efforts.
Share expertise to support internal teams.
