BIC World is seeking an IT Business Analyst for Demand & Supply Planning to bridge business needs and IT in our global SCM. You will analyze processes, translate requirements, and design scalable planning solutions supporting Demand, Supply, Factory Planning and S&OP across regional and global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a Business Analyst role.
• Experience in Demand/Supply/Factory Planning or IBP.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT to understand business needs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Analyze processes and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Design scalable solutions for Demand, Supply, Factory Planning and S&OP/IBP.
• Support implementation, configuration, and deployment of planning solutions across global regions.
• Coordinate integrations between planning tools (Blue Yonder, JDE, Power BI) and ERP systems.
• Ensure deployments minimize business disruption and drive data quality.
