Job summary

PIX4Dcatch is seeking a Product Specialist based in France to advocate for customers within the product team. You will troubleshoot enterprise issues, gather feedback, and guide beta testing and feature releases to improve adoption across global accounts.

You will work with developers, UX designers, and sales to ensure features meet real-world needs, analyze usage data, and contribute to data-driven product decisions in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with a geospatial focus or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in B2B SaaS or related roles (Associate PM, Tech Support, Customer Success).
• Strong English written and verbal communication at advanced level (C2).
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, Mixpanel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as product expert for PIX4Dcatch and resolve enterprise customer issues.
• Gather and translate customer feedback to product managers and developers.
• Coordinate beta tests and collect early feature feedback from key accounts.
• Prepare customer communications, webinars, and release notes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering.
• Monitor usage metrics to inform product decisions.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate release activities and ensure smooth feature adoption.
• Create clear product documentation and knowledge resources.
• Align global support with regional teams to maintain consistency.
