Job summary

Airbus Commercial Aircraft seeks a Product Leader for the Business Management System (BMS) to join the Digital Quality Product and Service Line in Toulouse. You will architect, deliver, and scale an integrated ERP platform, transforming business processes into data-driven operations using Data Analytics and AI.

You will drive the BMS roadmap, own the backlog, and steer the digital architecture, with Skywise and Google Cloud Platform integrating into the value proposition.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT, Data Science, Engineering or Business Management.
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation or digital product management.
• Deep knowledge of BPM, EA methodologies and ERP landscapes (SAP S/4HANA).
• Strong proficiency in scaled Agile product ownership (SAFe POPM) and hands-on Data/AI tools (Skywise, GCP).
• Fluent English with ability to influence Senior Management across a transnational ecosystem; French is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and communicate the BMS product vision and roadmap.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog, manage budget and capacity, lead Agile Quality Gates.
• Steer high-level digital architecture and embed Data Analytics and AI into the core value proposition.
• Drive change management to maximise product adoption and enable a data-driven culture across 80,000 users.
• Define the continuous operational run‑mode (DevOps/SRE) and manage Risks & Opportunities.
