Airbus is seeking a Senior Business Analyst specialising in SE, MBSE and AI to join the IT & Digital teams in Toulouse, France. You will help define future IT product trajectories, drive MBSE adoption, and collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams.

The role offers opportunities to shape architecture, requirements, and change management while leveraging Airbus’ extensive upskilling programs and AI initiatives across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and MBSE, with a focus on AI-enabled processes.

Responsabilités

• Define trajectory for future IT products and services within the SE, MBSE & AI scope.
• Shape end-to-end PLM strategies and drive Centers of Excellence and knowledge sharing.
• Deliver functional designs, data models, and maintain governance of architecture.
• Formulate functional and non-functional requirements and support roadmaps for IT products.
• Bridge Product Management with technical teams to ensure solution integrity and performance.
• Guide user adoption, change management, and process reengineering for AI initiatives.
• Draft clear documentation of challenges, requirements, and benefits for stakeholders.
