Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse seeks a Product Leader for the Future Business Management System (BMS) to drive the product vision and architectural direction within the Digital Quality Product and Service Line. You will lead a data-driven ERP transformation, embedding Skywise and Google Cloud Platform capabilities across a broad enterprise audience.

You will shape the roadmap, manage budget and capacity, and collaborate with global teams to deliver scalable, AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives or digital product management.
• Master's Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or Business Management.
• Deep knowledge of BPM, Enterprise Architecture, and ERP landscapes (SAP S/4HANA).
• Strong proficiency in scaled Agile product ownership (SAFe POPM) and hands-on experience with Data/AI tools (Skywise, Google Cloud Platform).
• Advanced level in English; French is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Define, maintain, and communicate the BMS product vision and roadmap aligned with Airbus's strategic pillars.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, manage budget and capacity, and lead the product through the Agile Quality Gates process.
• Steer the high-level digital architecture and embed Data Analytics and AI capabilities into the core value proposition.
• Drive change management actions to maximize product adoption and foster a user-centric, data-driven culture across 80,000 key users.
• Define the continuous operational run-mode (DevOps/SRE) and proactively manage Risks & Opportunities to secure performance and value delivery.
