Job summary

Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse, France, seeks a Product Leader for the Business Management System to drive the Digital Quality product line. You will shape the product vision, manage backlog and budget, and embed AI/data capabilities (Skywise, GCP) into the core ERP landscape (SAP S/4HANA) for 80,000 users.

Lead digital transformation with SAFe POPM, orchestrate a high-impact architecture, and influence senior management across a transnational Airbus ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives or digital product management.
• Master's Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or Business Management.
• Deep knowledge of BPM, Enterprise Architecture methodologies, and ERP landscapes (SAP S/4HANA).
• Strong proficiency in scaled Agile product ownership (SAFe POPM) and hands-on experience with Data/AI tools (Skywise, Google Cloud Platform).
• Advanced English with French as a strong asset; able to influence senior management across a transnational ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and communicate the BMS product vision and roadmap aligned with Airbus pillars.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, manage budget and capacity, lead through Agile Quality Gates.
• Steer high-level digital architecture and embed Data Analytics and AI capabilities directly into value proposition.
• Drive change management to maximise product adoption and data-driven culture across 80,000 users.
• Define the continuous operational run-mode (DevOps/SRE) and proactively manage Risks & Opportunities.
