Yubo in Paris is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end product areas, partnering with design and engineering to ship impactful experiences used by millions.

You will define strategy, translate company goals into priorities, and balance user value with growth, safety, and business outcomes. The role combines hands-on execution with strategic thinking in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience in consumer mobile products and startup/scale-up environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a strategic product area from problem definition through delivery and post-launch iteration.
• Define product strategy and translate objectives into priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Partner closely with Product Design and Engineering to shape end-to-end experiences.
• Use data, research, user feedback, market insights, and product intuition to identify problems worth solving.
• Turn opportunities into bold product bets, measure their impact, and decide whether to scale, iterate, or stop.
• Collaborate with Data, Machine Learning, Brand Marketing, Trust & Safety, and Legal to make informed product decisions.
• Balance user value, business impact, safety, and technical constraints when making trade-offs.
• Create alignment across stakeholders through clear problem framing, strong product conviction, and structured decision-making.
