BlaBlaCar is seeking a Product Manager for the Discover squad to own upper-funnel passenger acquisition, SEO-driven traffic, and the AB-tested landing experience. You will align with Marketing, SEO, Design, Data, and Business teams to deliver a cohesive product roadmap across markets.

You will co-lead the Discover squad with an Engineering Manager, working with a team of frontend engineers to optimize the passenger journey from landing to conversion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management, preferably in growth or SEO-focused roles.
• Analytical mindset with a track record in experimentation and conversion lift.
• Strong stakeholder influence and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Shape Discover strategy and roadmap with KPIs for the scope.
• Drive top-funnel acquisition with Marketing and SEO partners.
• Maximize landing page conversion via AB testing and experiments.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Eng, Marketing, Design, Data, and Business.
• Act as Product Manager for Busfor, the standalone BlaBlaCar brand in Eastern Europe.
