Joko seeks a Product Manager to lead the conversational shopping assistant initiative. You will shape user interactions, test AI-driven flows, and iterate based on real conversations. You will own the rollout strategy, metrics, and roadmap to deliver high-impact AI features.

Based in France or Spain, you will collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Business teams to build scalable, trusted experiences for millions of users.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years as a Product Manager with hands-on AI features.
• Strong UX/UI instincts and product sense for AI-driven surfaces.
• Data-informed decision making with measurable outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Define conversational product design and testing strategy.
• Account for AI limitations, hallucinations, and edge cases.
• Run user tests, analyze conversations, and drive iterations.
• Own the roadmap and delivery from framing to launch.
• Define quality metrics and use them to steer decisions.
• Differentiate the product through unique shopping AI capabilities.
