Joko is seeking a Product Designer to shape end-to-end experiences for millions of users across mobile and web. You will work with PMs, engineers and Brand Design to translate ideas into polished interfaces that feel fast, delightful and personal.

You have 3+ years of experience in product design for B2C and mobile-first products, and you bring a strong sense of craft, a hands-on approach with AI tools, and a bias for shipping as part of a small, ambitious team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer for B2C and mobile-first products.
• Strong craft with pixel-level rigor and copywriting for UI.
• Autonomous, ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Design the AI shopping experience: craft the conversation, decisions and trust in Juno's recommendations.
• Own problems end to end: frame, user research, prototype, ship, and measure.
• Raise the bar on onboarding, activation, cash back, and redemption journeys.
• Make the product feel personal: design adaptive surfaces across home, search and browse.
• Work across surfaces: mobile app, web app, desktop extension, mobile Safari extension, across markets.
• Shape how design works here: evolve design system, review rituals and ship decisions
• Partner with Brand Design to ensure cohesive brand and product experience
• Use AI to elevate your craft: adopt modern AI tools in daily workflow.
