IXO is seeking a talented graphic/UI/UX designer to contribute to IXO design work. You will create graphics, layouts and interfaces that meet stated user needs. Develop wireframes, prototypes and design-system elements in Figma.

Apply typography and visual structure to improve readability and consistency. Review iterations and record the reasoning behind decisions and usability recommendations. Deliverables include design artifacts, scenario briefs, critiques and documented design decisions.

Qualifications

Five or more years in graphic or UI/UX design.
Strong portfolio and expert Figma practice.
Accessibility and inclusive-design experience is helpful.
