Job summary

Go Electra is seeking a 6‑month HQ Procurement internship in Paris starting January 2027 to support CAPEX and OPEX purchases. You will work with the Lead Buyer and Roll Out Project Managers on technical equipment, services, and supplier performance, with a strong emphasis on Notion knowledge base upkeep and cross‑country collaboration.

You will gain hands-on sourcing experience, participate in tender processes, and contribute to procurement playbooks while developing negotiation and project

Qualifications

• Master's student at a business or engineering school with interest in procurement, finance or data.
• Strong business mindset: assess opportunities and balance cost, quality and delivery timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to negotiate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficient with Excel and able to translate numbers into actionable recommendations.
• Rigorous, organized, proactive and able to manage several topics in parallel.
• Fluent in French and English; other languages are a plus.
• First experience in procurement, project management or a commercial role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive tenders and support procurement projects across categories, from needs definition to supplier selection and delivery.
• Source and benchmark suppliers, prepare RFQs/RFPs, compare offers on price, quality, lead times and total cost of ownership.
• Support supplier negotiations and contract preparation with Procurement and Legal teams.
• Track procurement progress with country teams and share insights, purchasing tools and best practices.
• Build supplier scorecards, harmonize indicators across Europe and maintain Notion workspace with up-to-date data.
