Job summary

Envision AESC invites a motivated intern to join its France Procurement team at the Douai plant. You will gain end-to-end exposure to procurement processes, from PRs and POs in SAP to cross‑functional coordination with Engineering, Production, HSE and Finance.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail and excellent written and spoken English (C1). The role offers hands-on experience in supplier evaluation, price analysis and budget tracking for CAPEX and OPEX.

• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end procurement processes in SAP, including PRs and POs.
• Assist in supplier selection, price analysis, and justification reports.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to support factory initiatives.

We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our Procurement team.

Value and Growth

This role offers unique access to the full end-to-end procurement process—far beyond routine administrative tasks. You will develop core professional skills including:

• Business Acumen: Track Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP system, and align purchasing requirements with key internal departments such as Engineering, Production, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), and Finance.
• Negotiation Support: Assist in the Supplier Selection process, including quotation collection, price comparison, and drafting critical price analysis and justification reports.
• Cross-Functional Project Collaboration: Participate in key project meetings and inter-departmental communications to directly support the factory’s ongoing industrial initiatives.
• Financial & Supplier Performance Management: Support cost analysis, supplier performance evaluation, and budget tracking for both Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operating Expenditure (OPEX).
