Mountain Relish is seeking a talented Head Chef for the luxury chalet program in Courchevel for the 2026/27 winter season. You will design and execute fresh, seasonal menus tailored to guests, with emphasis on quality ingredients, presentation and relaxed luxury.

The role suits a chef with private, chalet or high-end hospitality experience who can work independently, build relationships with guests and bring personal creativity to the menu while collaborating with chalet management.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking for private clients or luxury hospitality.
• Ability to create seasonal menus.
• Strong organisational & communication skills.
• Able to work independently.
• French, Mediterranean or European cuisine experience advantageous.
