Mirakl is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and adoption of AI systems within strategic business domains. You will fuse deep AI expertise with product insight to identify high-impact opportunities, define roadmaps, and deliver measurable outcomes.

This permanent CDI role is based in Paris or Bordeaux with four days on-site per week. You’ll drive architecture decisions, ensure scalability and reliability, and mentor engineers while partnering with Sales, GTM,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Software Engineering, ML Engineering, or Applied AI.
• Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, evaluation, and production systems.
• Ability to influence product and business decisions; proven leadership on cross-functional initiatives.

• Own Tech Strategy for your domain and define the tech vision and roadmap.
• Lead AI system development: design, build, and scale production-grade AI systems.
• Drive adoption and measure outcomes to deliver business impact across the domain.
