Mirakl is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and adoption of AI systems across a strategic domain. You will align deep AI engineering with product goals, drive architecture decisions, and ensure scalable and measurable AI impact for customers worldwide.

The role is permanent (CDI) and based in Paris or Bordeaux with four days on-site per week; annual gross salary range is €90,000–€100,000.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Software Engineering, ML Engineering, or Applied AI.
• Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, evaluation, and production systems.
• Ability to influence Product and Business decisions.
• Proven leadership on complex cross-functional initiatives.
