Mirakl in Paris or Bordeaux seeks a Lead AI Engineer to design, build and scale AI systems across strategic domains such as Sales, GTM, Marketing, Finance, and Legal. You will combine deep AI engineering with product and business sense to define roadmaps and deliver measurable outcomes.

This permanent CDI role requires 4 days on-site weekly, with a competitive annual gross salary of €90,000–€100,000, and opportunities to mentor engineers while advancing AI adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Software/ML AI domains.
• Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, evaluation, and production systems.
• Ability to influence product and business decisions.
• Proven leadership on complex cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Own Tech Strategy for your Domain and define the agent roadmap.
• Lead AI System Development with scalable, production-grade systems.
• Drive adoption and measure business impact across the domain.
• Establish technical excellence with guardrails, testing, and observability.
• Grow AI Capability by mentoring engineers and sharing reusable components.
