Mirakl, a global leader in marketplace software, is hiring a Senior AI Engineer in Paris or Bordeaux. You will design, build, and scale production AI systems powering the next generation of intelligent commerce. Join a team blending software engineering, ML, and Generative AI to create agentic capabilities used by Mirakl customers and internal teams.

The role is permanent (CDI) with 4 days on-site per week, offering a €65,000–€85,000 gross annual package and a path to shape Mirakl's AI strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, ML Engineering, Applied AI, or related fields.
• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience building production AI systems using LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents.
• Experience designing multi-step agentic workflows and retrieval systems.
• Experience evaluating AI systems and improving model performance.
• Experience deploying and operating production services in cloud environments.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Curiosity, pragmatism, and passion for building AI products.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems for internal operations.
• Develop solutions leveraging: LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Multimodal AI and Evaluation frameworks.
• Architect complex agentic workflows including tools, memory, retrieval, planning, and guardrails.
• Rapidly prototype new capabilities and evolve them into scalable, reliable AI production systems.
• Connect AI systems to internal platforms, business applications, and data sources across the company.
• Enable AI agents to interact with systems such as CRM, data platform, Drive, Jira, support tools, and internal knowledge bases.
• Design robust orchestration layers between models, APIs, tools, retrieval systems, and business workflows.
• Ensure reliability, observability, scalability, and maintainability across the entire AI stack.
