Eaton is seeking a Pricing Tools & Systems Business Process Owner to shape and govern pricing processes and systems across the sales organization. You will translate pricing policy into CPQ logic and system rules, own the pricing approval matrix, and drive tool enhancements with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Pricing or IT.

Responsabilités

• Translate commercial pricing policy into CPQ logic, approval flows, and system rules.
• Own pricing-related approval matrix and governance.
• Proactively drive pricing tool enhancements and innovation, including advanced analytics and AI use cases.
• Partner with CPRO and IT on sustainable end-to-end approval processes for flow and project sales.
• Drives standardization across CSOs on pricing processes, increase efficiency and drive change management.
