Eaton is seeking a Pricing Tools & Systems Business Process Owner to govern pricing processes and systems across the sales organization. This is a hybrid role with 25% travel, based in Paris or nearby.

You will translate pricing policy into CPQ and SAP logic, own the pricing approval matrix, drive tool enhancements and analytics, and partner with Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Sales and IT to standardize end‑to‑end processes across the pricing ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Pricing or IT.

We are looking for a Pricing Tools & Systems Business Process Owner to play a critical role in shaping and governing our pricing processes and systems across the organization for our sales organisation

In this role, you will act as the voice of Pricing for core commercial platforms, including CPQ and SAP, ensuring pricing policies are effectively translated into system logic, governance frameworks, and approval workflows. You will collaborate with Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Sales, and IT teams to drive standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our pricing ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in SAP and CPQ
• Solid analysis skillset
• Experience in working with agile IT teams (SCRUM)
• Leadership skills: Proven management skills, taking initiative and influencing decisions through others
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct reporting authority and to drive change effectively across diverse cultural and organizational environments.
• Strong collaboration skills across a matrix organization
