Eaton is seeking a Pricing Tools & Systems Business Process Owner in the Paris area with a hybrid work model and 25% travel. The role centers on shaping pricing processes across CPQ and SAP and ensuring pricing policies translate into robust system logic and governance.

You will collaborate with Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Sales, and IT to drive standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the pricing ecosystem, while leading change in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Pricing, or IT.
• Experience with SAP CPQ and pricing governance is preferred.
• Ability to work with agile IT teams (SCRUM).

Responsabilités

• Translate pricing policy into CPQ logic and system rules.
• Own pricing‑related approval matrix and governance.
• Drive pricing tool enhancements and AI use cases.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Sales, and IT teams.
• Standardize pricing processes and drive change across CSOs.
