Qualifications

• Proven experience as Store Manager or Senior Manager in luxury retail.
• Strong leadership and business acumen with KPI analysis ability.
• Fluency in English; additional language a plus.

• Drive sales targets and KPI performance.
• Deliver exceptional client experience via clienteling and CRM.
• Lead and develop boutique team with coaching and feedback.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, scheduling and staffing.
• Ensure operations, stock, cash, merchandising, and health & safety compliance.
