Job summary

DENZA is expanding its premium aftersales capability across Europe and seeks a skilled Mobile Service Engineer to deliver high-quality technical support directly to end customers. You will diagnose, repair and maintain DENZA vehicles on-site, while also providing remote guidance using OEM tools and data platforms.

The role requires travel within the region and strong customer-facing skills. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in automotive service, EV high-voltage experience and fluent English plus

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ technical experience in automotive service or equivalent.
• Practical experience with electric vehicle high-voltage systems.
• Hands-on experience as Mobile Service Technician, Workshop Technician or Diagnostic Technician is a plus.
• Fluent in English and the local market language.

Responsibilities

• On-site diagnostics, repairs and maintenance for DENZA vehicles.
• Provide remote technical support using OEM tools and remote platforms.
• Escalate complex issues to Quality, R&D and Technical teams and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Perform diagnostics and data analysis using diagnostic systems and data platforms.
• Record quality-related information and drive corrective actions.
• Represent DENZA with a premium service mindset and customer reassurance.
• Complete accurate service reports and update case management systems.
