Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking a skilled Mobile Service Engineer to deliver on-site premium technical support for DENZA electric vehicles in Courbevoie/La Défense. You will diagnose, repair, and advise customers, with strong emphasis on safety and quality.

You should have 3-5 years in automotive service, plus hands-on EV expertise and proficiency with OEM tools. English and local language fluency is required to serve a premium client base.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical experience in automotive service, preferably premium or EV brands.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and high-voltage EV systems.
• Experience as mobile/diagnostic technician is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site vehicle repair and premium-quality technical service.
• Offer remote technical support and guidance to customers.
• Coordinate with Quality, R&D, and Technical teams for fast resolutions.
• Use diagnostics and data platforms to predict issues and track cases.
• Collect quality feedback and drive corrective actions at the source.
• Represent DENZA as a technical expert in customer interactions.
