CNRS - National Center for Scientific Research in Strasbourg seeks a talented postdoctoral researcher to advance an ERC Consolidator grant project on antibody-drug conjugates. You will lead synthesis, bioconjugation, and analytical characterization with collaborators across chemistry and biology, contributing to translational aims and publication outputs.

The role involves project management, liaising with partners, and mentorship of junior team members, under the CBST unit at the Illkirch

Qualifications

• PhD in organic chemistry (synthetic chemistry, chemical biology).
• Synthetic chemistry and biomolecular chemistry: proteins, small molecules, linkers.
• Chemical and enzymatic bioconjugation.
• Purification (SEC, HIC, IEC) and analysis (LC-MS, UV-Vis, SDS-PAGE) of proteins.
• Advanced knowledge of antibody-drug conjugates.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).

Responsabilités

• Synthesis of cytotoxic compounds: develop multi-step routes; optimise yields.
• Bioconjugation: prepare reagents, carry out conjugations and optimise yields.
• Purification, analysis and formulation of conjugates; stability and in vivo prep.
• Documentation: drafting protocols and detailed reports; data traceability.
• Collaborate with chemists/biologists; engage in strategic discussions.
• Health and safety, inventory mgmt., mentoring interns and staff.
