CNRS - National Center for Scientific Research in Strasbourg seeks a postdoctoral researcher to join the MuSyC project focusing on protein and oligonucleotide chemistry and the development of a DNA-encoded library screening platform. The role emphasizes project management, collaboration with chemists and biologists, and the translation of research into actionable results.

Qualifications

• PhD in organic chemistry with synthetic/chemobiology focus.
• Experience with DNA-encoded libraries.
• Knowledge of oligonucleotides, proteins, small molecules.
• English proficiency minimum B2 level.

Responsabilités

• Lead project management within the ERC MuSyC project and coordinate activities with a multidisciplinary team.
• Establish a DNA-encoded library based bioconjugation screening platform; design and optimize DEL workflows.
• Draft experimental protocols, reports, and contribute to publications; ensure data traceability.
• Plan and collaborate with academic and industrial partners; address technical risks with innovative solutions.
• Mentor junior staff and trainees; support health, safety, and reagent management.
