BioMed X, a leader in AI-driven biomedical research, seeks a postdoctoral researcher to lead the wet-lab characterization arm of its AI-guided bispecific antibody discovery program. You will join Team ADB within BioMed X’s XSeed Labs, working at the bench and collaborating with computational scientists to advance rational antibody design.

You will design and execute experiments, manage data integrity, and liaise with CROs as needed, in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment at Servier’s R&D

Qualifications

• PhD in Structural Biology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Hands-on protein expression/purification and thermostability assays.
• Characterisation of protein/antibody–antigen complexes (BLI/SPR, BRET/FRET, X-ray/cryo-EM).
• Proven track record of independent project management.
• Publication record and strong scientific writing.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Set up and run the lab's core characterisation pipeline (protein expression, purification, thermostability, binding assays).
• Design experiments to test hypotheses and explain outcomes.
• Own wet-lab data integrity and integrate datasets with computational results.
• Manage CRO relationships for external capacity.
• Collaborate with computation scientists to close design-test-learn loop.
