BioMed X is seeking a Research Assistant to support the AI/ML-driven design of bispecific antibodies within the Servier collaboration at Paris-Saclay. You will help develop and refine machine learning models, curate datasets, and contribute to publishing impactful results.

The role offers a fully funded position, a CDI contract, mentoring from senior scientists, and opportunities to advance toward doctoral studies in computational biology while working at the academia–industry interface.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ML, data science, mathematics or a related field.
• Experience with deep learning and coding in Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Develop and fine-tune DL models for bispecific antibody design.
• Curate and QC structural and sequence datasets for training/evaluation.
• Document methods and results for internal and external communications.
• Collaborate on-site with biologists and Servier scientists to translate insights into design hypotheses.
