BioMed X, in collaboration with Servier, is seeking a research assistant to develop and refine AI-enabled models for bispecific antibody design at the Paris-Saclay campus. The role sits within Team ADB, an AI-empowered platform advancing antibody design with geometry-aware strategies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ML/data science/mathematics preferred; other backgrounds with relevant experience accepted.
• Experience with deep learning concepts and coding (Python, PyTorch).
• Willing to step outside your area of expertise.
• Detail-oriented and organised. Strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Developing and fine-tuning DL models for bispecific antibody design.
• Curating, processing, and QC’ing structural/sequence datasets for training/evaluation.
• Document methods and results, and communicate findings.
• Collaborate on-site with biologists and Servier scientists to translate insights into design hypotheses.
