Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead a technology change portfolio in a regulated pharma services logistics environment across Europe, driving governance, budgeting and benefits realisation.

You’ll run SteerCo cadence, manage demand intake, prioritisation and portfolio shaping, and ensure compliant, on‑time delivery across IT, Operations, Quality and Finance while safeguarding audit trails and regulatory controls.

Qualifications

• Proven PMO/portfolio leadership experience in regulated environments.
• Cross-European, cross-site stakeholder management and executive reporting.
• Financial governance skills: budgeting, forecasting, business case oversight.

Responsibilities

• Run portfolio governance (SteerCo cadence, decision logs, stage gates).
• Manage demand intake, business case quality and portfolio shaping.
• Own portfolio budgeting/forecasting, variance management and investment governance support.
• Support benefits realisation through go-live and post-implementation.
• Drive portfolio-level RAID and dependency management across IT, Operations, Quality, Finance and customers.
• Ensure regulated delivery readiness (QMS controls, audit trail).
