Descrizione del lavoro

Syensqo is seeking a Customer Technical Development professional to deliver expert technical support to the French market, drive new applications, and promote their polymer products. The role collaborates with R&D, Marketing and Sales to expand the Specialty Polymers business and address electrification initiatives across automotive and related sectors.

Ideal candidates will have a polymer-related engineering degree and 5+ years’ experience in design/processing tech, CAE tools, and strong

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering, Materials Science, mechanical engineering or related field.
5+ years in technical support or research in design/injection/extrusion of plastics polymers.
Proficiency in polymer chemistry, material properties, tooling design and processing tech for target markets.
CAÉ/Moldflow knowledge to communicate results to customers.
Strong communication, teamwork and customer-focused mindset.

Mansioni

Develop technical expertise on existing and new applications with R&D, Marketing, Sales and external parties.
Provide proactive technical consultation to anticipate problems and offer solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with customers at various levels.
Network with industry tech managers at final users and industry associations.
Gather intelligence on evolving market needs and technology trends.
Identify new market opportunities with existing and new customers.
