Job summary

Accor is seeking a Communications Manager for PM&E at our Issy-les-Moulineaux offices. You will join the PM&E communications team, reporting to the Senior Communications Manager, and support executive communications, digital content, and major internal events.

You will work closely with ExCom-level leaders and brand teams, shaping the division's voice across internal and external channels. A strong writing style, project management, and bilingual English/French skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communications or from a Business School.
• At least 7 years of experience in communications; agency experience is a plus.
• Experience working with ExCom-level executives.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support the spokesperson strategy of PM&E ExCom and senior leaders: prepare briefing documents for press interviews and panels, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day digital communications with the agency and handle copywriting.
• Supervise the daily press review.
• Organize town halls, from logistics to execution, with regional and headquarters teams.
• Support the coordination of PM&E committees and liaise with regional leads and brand teams.
• Contribute to PM&E’s central brand events: coordination, logistics and content direction.
• Follow up on the PM&E Intranet project in connection with the new AccorLive space.
• Help build the division’s communications strategy.
