Photoroom, Inc. in Paris is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the AI platform powering all features. You will shape the primitives, gateway, and no-code tooling that lets teams ship AI capabilities without backend engineering.

Collaborate with engineers, ML researchers, and product teams to decide what to build and how it ships. You will push for scalable, multi-step visual workflows, guardrails, and data-driven decisions while maintaining a remote-friendly, autonomous team culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a PM with multiple launches delivering business outcomes.
• Experience shipping platform or developer-facing products (APIs/SDKs).
• Experience shipping agentic/model-backed production.
• Daily use of AI tools like Claude for prototyping and testing.

Responsabilités

• Own the platform every AI feature runs through and drive its roadmap.
• Build the agentic layer with multi-step flows for automation and scale.
• Define problems clearly and partner with eng/research to ship effortless work.
• Treat other teams as customers and prioritize across roadmaps.
• Turn AI capabilities into shipped products used by other teams.
• Use data to form hypotheses, measure outcomes, and decide next steps.
