Pelico is seeking a Lead AI Product Manager to pioneer our agent-first product strategy in Paris. You will define and build autonomous AI agents that transform how aerospace and manufacturing companies plan, optimize, and execute complex supply chain operations.

You will collaborate across engineering, operations, sales, and customers to ensure measurable value and adoption at scale, balancing innovation with enterprise deployment requirements in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with AI/ML experience.
• 3+ years building AI/ML products in Enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Strong technical acumen in agent architectures, LLMs, RAG, RLHF.
• Fluent English and French communication.
• Experience with LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI or similar.
• Background in operations research, supply chain, manufacturing, or aerospace.

About The Role

Pelico is seeking a Lead AI Product Manager to pioneer our agent-first product strategy in Paris. You'll define and build the next generation of autonomous AI agents that transform how aerospace and manufacturing companies plan, optimize, and execute complex supply chain operations. This is a unique opportunity to work at the frontier of agentic AI in enterprise B2B, creating intelligent systems that make decisions, take actions, and deliver measurable business value autonomously.

What You'll Do

• Own the product vision and execution for autonomous AI agents - define agent architectures, multi-agent systems, and agentic workflows that transform supply chain planning, inventory optimization, production scheduling, and MRO operations
• Lead complex cross-functional AI initiatives - drive discovery of high-value use cases, design agent personas and reasoning patterns, and pioneer agent-native UX paradigms including conversational interfaces and proactive recommendations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, customer operations, sales, and enterprise customers to ensure AI features deliver measurable value and achieve adoption at scale
• Define the AI product vision and strategic roadmap with VP Product and engineering leadership, balancing innovation with enterprise deployment requirements around scalability, explainability, security, and compliance
• Drive excellence in AI product development - from experimentation frameworks to deployment best practices - championing data-driven decision making and rapid iteration to launch capabilities that deliver 10x productivity improvements to enterprise customers

About You

• 5+ years in product management with 3+ years building AI/ML products, including hands-on experience with agentic AI systems, autonomous agents, or intelligent automation in Enterprise B2B SaaS
• Strong technical acumen across agent architectures - including multi-agent systems, LLM-based reasoning, tool use, RAG, RLHF, and safety mechanisms - to collaborate effectively with ML engineers and data scientists
• Proven track record shipping autonomous AI products to large enterprise customers, with experience navigating safety, compliance, auditability, and controlled autonomy requirements
• Outstanding communication skills in English and French - able to articulate complex agentic AI concepts to executives, engineers, and end users alike
• You actively embrace AI tools as part of how you work - curious about what’s possible and quick to adopt new ways of working smarter and faster.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows - whether for writing, research, analysis, coding, or productivity - and a genuine interest in staying at the frontier of what these tools can do.
• Experience building agent-based products with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or custom agent architectures
• Background in operations research, supply chain, manufacturing, or aerospace industries
