Job summary

Worldline is seeking an experienced platform/DevOps engineer to join the Central Platform Engineering team in France. You will build and operate secure, scalable enterprise platforms across identity, observability, and ServiceNow CMDB, driving automation and cloud-native practices.

You will design and deploy identity services (AD, LDAP, SailPoint, Keycloak), observability stack (Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, iLert), and CI/CD workflows, collaborating with security and operations to improve

Qualifications

Experience as platform/DevOps/SRE with strong automation.
Hands-on with Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD, Git, Ansible, and modern infra.
Knowledge of IAM tech: Active Directory, LDAP, SailPoint, Keycloak.
Familiarity with observability tools: Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, iLert.
Experience with ServiceNow CMDB data quality and integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and operate identity services (AD, LDAP, SailPoint, Keycloak).
Design, deploy, and operate observability platform (Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, iLert).
Implement automated incident response and remediation using Ansible.
Improve ServiceNow CMDB data quality, integrations, discovery, and service mapping.
Build and maintain GitOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code workflows.
Partner with security, operations, and application teams to improve platform reliability and user experience.
