Job summary

Worldline is seeking an experienced platform/DevOps engineer to join the Central Platform Engineering team in France. You will build and operate secure, scalable enterprise platforms across identity, observability, and ServiceNow CMDB, driving automation and cloud-native practices.

You will design and deploy identity services (AD, LDAP, SailPoint, Keycloak), observability stack (Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, iLert), and CI/CD workflows, collaborating with security and operations to improve

Qualifications

• Experience as platform/DevOps/SRE with strong automation.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD, Git, Ansible, and modern infra.
• Knowledge of IAM tech: Active Directory, LDAP, SailPoint, Keycloak.
• Familiarity with observability tools: Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, iLert.
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB data quality and integrations is a plus.

Join the Central Platform Engineering team to build and operate secure, reliable, and scalable enterprise platforms across Identity, Observability, and ServiceNow CMDB. You will help modernize core services through automation, cloud-native practices, and platform engineering principles.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate identity services based on Active Directory, LDAP, SailPoint, and Keycloak.
• Design, deploy, and operate observability platform using Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, and iLert.

Who are we looking for

• An experienced platform, DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineer with strong automation skills.

• Knowledge of identity and access-management technologies, especially Active Directory, LDAP, SailPoint, and/or Keycloak.
• Experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, alerting, and incident-management platforms.
