Devopsroles is seeking an experienced platform/DevOps engineer to build and operate enterprise platforms across Identity, Observability, and ServiceNow CMDB. You will help modernize core services through automation, cloud-native practices, and platform engineering principles.

Join a Central Platform Engineering team and collaborate with security, operations, and product teams to enhance reliability, scalability, and user experience with a modern tech stack emphasizing automation and self-service.

Qualifications

You have experience as a platform, DevOps, SRE or infrastructure engineer with strong automation skills.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD, Git, Ansible and modern infrastructure practices.
Knowledge of identity and access-management technologies, especially Active Directory, LDAP, SailPoint and/or Keycloak.
Experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, alerting, and incident-management platforms.

Responsabilités

Design, deploy, and operate identity services based on Active Directory, LDAP, SailPoint, and Keycloak.
Design, deploy, and operate observability platform using Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, and iLert.
Implement automated incident response and remediation workflows using Ansible.
Improve ServiceNow CMDB data quality, integrations, discovery, and service mapping.
Build and maintain GitOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code workflows.
Partner with security, operations, and application teams to improve platform reliability and user experience.
