Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology platforms.
• Strong ServiceNow expertise across configuration, automation, scripting, integrations, data & analytics, and platform health.
• Solid IAM/IGA knowledge including provisioning, SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC, access reviews.
• Strategic and collaborative leader with analytical thinking, communication and stakeholder management in a global, matrixed environment.
• Fluent in French and English; ServiceNow CSA certification expected, CIS certifications valued.

• Drive automation across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Identity Governance and Administration, and access lifecycle services.
• Improve employee experiences through better workflows and integrations.
• Lead continuous improvement, platform modernization, integration, upgrades, and new capabilities.

We’re looking for a Platform Manager – ServiceNow andSailPoint(bioAccess) within Global Information Systems – IS Solutions team based in Craponne.

• Collaborate with Business Product Owners, IAM, Cybersecurity, Architecture, Compliance, Service Management, regional teams, and technology partners to turn business needs into secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
• Shape the global strategy and roadmap for two strategic enterprise platforms.
• Drive automation across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Identity Governance and Administration, and access lifecycle services.
• Help simplify and improve the employee experience through better workflows and integrations.
• Work with a truly global and diverse team across business, technology, security, and regional organizations.
• Lead continuous improvement, platform modernization, integration, upgrades, and new capabilities.
• Build strong expertise across ServiceNow, SailPoint/IAM, cybersecurity, automation, architecture, governance, and digital employee experience.

Who are you?

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology platforms, ideally with strong expertise in ServiceNow and IAM/IGA, including SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• StrongServiceNow expertise across configuration, automation, scripting, integrations, data & analytics, and platform health, with exposure to ITAM, CSM, GRC/IRM, SPM or AI/ML considered a plus.
• SolidIAM/IGA knowledge, including provisioning, SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC, segregation of duties and access reviews, ideally with experience integrating identity services into ServiceNow workflows.
• Strategic and collaborative leader with strong analytical thinking, communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence and lead effectively in a global, matrixed environment.
• Fluent in French and English
• ServiceNow CSA certification expected, with relevant CIS certifications highly valued.
