Alan is seeking Platform Engineers with 3+ years of experience to maintain high reliability while scaling our infrastructure. You will design robust systems, focus on observability, and own internal tooling in a fast‑moving team.

Our stack includes Python/Flask, React, React Native, and PostgreSQL; we value ownership, collaboration, and ongoing growth across a globally distributed engineering organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms, monitoring, and observability.
• Ability to write automation and tooling for infrastructure.
• Background as a Full‑Stack or Backend engineer plus CI/CD practices.
• Proficiency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Tackle high‑impact & high‑risk projects involving many engineers.
• Design and implement robust infrastructure with reliability and observability.
• Maintain uptime targets while optimizing costs.
• Improve incident management processes and lead post‑mortems.
• Build and maintain internal tooling for engineers (API, CLI, web UI).
• Mentor engineers and lead crews when needed.
• Contribute to hiring and shape technical assessments.
