ASTEMO FRANCE S.A.S. is seeking a CAD Designer to join the engineering team in Drancy to develop 3D CAD models and 2D drawings for automotive brake systems, including hydraulic calipers and electric brake actuators.

You will support product development from concept to serial production within a multidisciplinary and international team. Required BTS/DUT/Licence in industrial product design with 5–10 years CAD experience, strong CATIA V5/V6 skills, GEOMETRIC GD&T knowledge, and English

Qualifications

• BTS / DUT / Licence or equivalent in industrial product design
• 5–10 years of experience in CAD design and product development
• Proficient in CATIA V5/V6 and PLM environments such as 3Dx
• Strong knowledge of GD&T ISO/ASME
• Proficient in English, written and spoken

Responsabilités

• Develop detailed 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings for automotive brake systems
• Support product development from concept through industrialization and serial production
• Consider packaging constraints, functional requirements, cost targets and manufacturability
• Perform CAD feasibility studies, packaging assessments and integration analyses
• Maintain CAD databases, product structures and engineering documentation
