The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree and has over 3 years' experience in analytical environments. You will not only execute growth strategies but also collaborate with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is essential.

• 3+ years of experience in fast-paced, analytical environments (strategy consulting, investment banking, tech)
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
• Genuine interest in mobile gaming and apps and/or performance marketing

What the job involves

• As a Growth Manager, you will own the scaling of a top priority game or a portfolio of new titles, acting as the CMO and strategic counterpart to the General Manager
• Your mission is simple: grow the game aggressively
• You will leverage our full Performance Marketing engine (User Acquisition experts, Creative Production, internal tools) and activate non-paid growth levers to push performance even further
• Before stepping into the Growth Manager role, you will spend 6 to 9 months building a deep expertise in user acquisition, acting as a performance marketing specialist and ad creative strategist
• Build and own the growth strategy to scale our leading mobile games
• Execute all our acquisition channels: paid UA but also non-paid such as partnerships, featuring, influencer marketing, growth hacking, ASO, and community building (not exhaustive)
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify emerging high-performing growth channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and maximize the impact of available resources
• Conduct rigorous data analysis to evaluate channel performance, guide decisions, prioritize initiatives, and uncover new growth opportunities
