Admiral Media is a fast-growing creative performance marketing agency seeking an experienced app marketer to run and scale international campaigns for mobile apps and games. This fully remote role requires strong numerical discipline and the ability to use MMPs, SKAdNetwork, and data dashboards to optimize CPA and ROAS.

You will manage campaigns across TikTok, Snap, Facebook, and other channels, build dashboards in Tableau/Looker/Data Studio, and collaborate with the creative team.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years app marketing experience.
• Know how to set up MMPs & SKAdNetwork.
• Understand core metrics (CPM, CPA, ROAS).
• Able to create dashboards using Tableau, Looker, Data Studio or similar tools with GBQ.
• Daily consumption and understanding of apps and advertising across major platforms.

Responsabilités

We are looking for an experienced app marketer with Apps & Gaming experience to run & scale our clients International marketing campaigns. This role is fully remote and we hire globally.

What you will be doing

• Ideate, create and manage digital marketing campaigns on various display marketing channels (TikTok, Snap, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, etc)
• Manage international app marketing campaigns
• Achieve the business goals of our clients (usually CPA & ROAS)
• Put your results in a presentable format & use advanced calculations in Excel if needed
• Identify correlations between the numbers and draw conclusions on the next steps to win more (paying) users for our clients' apps
• Work with CSV files & large Excel reports
• Brief the creative team on your needs to succeed on paid social or display
• Leverage automation features on every digital marketing channel
• Scale our clients success, we only grow if our clients grow.
• Test and deliver reports on newest ad products (alpha & beta tests) to ensure we are on the forefront of digital advertising
• Ideally you also review clients app and suggest improvements on ASO, Onboarding or Monetisation

What you bring

• Min 2 Years app marketing experience
• You know how to explain and set up MMPs & SKAdnetwork
• You have fun with numbers (you understand the fundamental metrics of performance marketing, eg. CPM, CPA, ROAS)
• You may know how to create dashboards on Tableau, Looker, Data Studio or similar tools using GBQ
• Living in the world of apps: you consume Facebook, Instagram, Snap, TikTok or other apps daily and understand how advertising works.
• Fluent in English! Other languages are plus of course
• Awesome Powerpoint / Presentation skills
• You master the details (your work must be super accurate, structured and precise)
• Extremely analytical & high attention to detail
• Motivation to learn & grow your skillset
