You will develop analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on data quality, dashboards, and cross-functional projects. The role is hybrid in Paris starting September 2026 for 6 months.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a university, business or engineering school with a valid convention de stage.
• Keen interest in HR operations and data-driven processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist Talent Operations with annual performance review processes.
• Coordinate staffing for consultants and interns.
• Support monthly reporting and dashboards; ensure data quality.
• Prepare weekly office coordination meetings and events.
• Document processes and identify improvements.
