Job summary

LVMH is seeking a People Experience Project Manager in Paris to shape meaningful employee experiences across the Group and its Maisons. You will lead the Employee Listening and Skills Agenda, translating priorities into impactful initiatives that strengthen culture and talent development.

You will collaborate across HR, business teams, and external partners, driving multi-stakeholder projects with a data-informed mindset and human-centered design.

Qualifications

• 8 years minimum experience in employee experience, organizational development, HR transformation, learning, culture, engagement, consulting, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Experience Design: contribute to development and implementation of People Experience priorities aligned with Group ambitions; design employee-centered frameworks, programs, and methodologies; translate objectives into roadmaps and measurable outcomes; ensure consistency across Maisons.
• Project Management & Delivery: lead cross-functional projects from design through implementation and adoption; coordinate stakeholders, timelines, governance, budgets, risks, and deliverables; monitor progress; ensure quality and impact.
• Insights & Continuous Improvement: gather and synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights; identify needs and opportunities; develop recommendations; contribute to measurement frameworks.
• Community Building & Stakeholder Engagement: build relationships with HR teams and stakeholders; foster engagement through communication and co-creation; facilitate workshops and communities of practice.
• Innovation & Thought Leadership: monitor external trends; evolve methodologies, tools; promote experimentation and learning.

As a People Experience Project Manager, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of strategic people initiatives across the Group and its Maisons. Working at the intersection of employee experience, culture, engagement, organizational development, and HR transformation, you will help translate Group priorities into impactful experiences that strengthen our culture and support our talents throughout their journey. This role will be responsible for leading the Employee Listening and Skills Agenda across the Group.

Job Responsibilities

Strategy & Experience Design

• Contribute to the development and implementation of People Experience priorities aligned with Group ambitions.
• Support the design of employee-centered frameworks, programs, and methodologies.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Ensure consistency while enabling flexibility across Maisons.

Project Management & Delivery

• Lead cross-functional projects from design through implementation and adoption.
• Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, governance, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and ensure quality and impact.
• Facilitate collaboration across HR functions, business teams, external partners, and Maisons.

Profile

8 years mini. of experience in employee experience, organizational development, HR transformation, learning, culture, engagement, consulting, or related fields. Proven experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects. Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-structuring capabilities. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Data-informed mindset combined with creativity and human-centered thinking. Fluency in English ; French is a strong asset.
