This entry-level position involves managing employee lifecycle processes within the People Operations team, including onboarding, compliance, and payroll coordination. Responsabilités

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes autonomously.
• Ensure data accuracy in HR systems and internal trackers.
• Coordinate payroll processes with the payroll team.
• Oversee sick leave management and follow-up.
• Assist international employees with VISA applications.
• Support managers in disciplinary issues and compliance.
• Maintain employee relations and support HR team initiatives.
